How will you make an impact:

The Supply Planner is responsible for procuring stock according to the Demand Plan and Supply Planning parameters, ensuring stock availability at the right place, time, and quantities. Focusing on enhancing service, availability, working capital, and efficiency, you will provide planning insights, develop strategies, and implement actions to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with commercial teams to improve revenue and maintain optimal inventories, achieving balanced SIOP results and meeting overall AOP objectives.

This role also involves managing orders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer order information, and following up with collaborators to verify correct SKUs, pricing, delivery locations, and end use are entered into the ERP system. As a problem-solver and customer-focused change agent, you will advocate for improved internal communication, highlight supply exceptions, and resolve constraints.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain timely Purchase Order place, chase, cancel and delay actions to ensure timely delivery of Customer Orders and whilst maintaining stock health & inventories within stocking policies and targets.Own the resolution of supply constraints and call out issues when vital to seek assistance to achieve desired outcomes as well as keeping all collaborators informed of any changes.Conduct Root Cause Analysis on fill rate misses, develop countermeasures, and reach consensus on corrective actions with Demand and Inventory Planners and other collaborators.Perform standardized work to improve ATP (Available to Promise) and inventory availability and accuracy, while maintaining master data accuracy to enhance information quality and excellence in supply planning execution to achieve BAU critical metric objectives.Facilitate as well as partake in SIOP & S&OE cycle of meetings for assigned portfolio and Divisions to drive standard processes.  (ie. Product Review, Supply Review, Reconciliation)Lead weekly Demand and Supply meetings, prepare timely reports, identify risks or opportunities, recommend actions, and drive follow-up to mitigate risks or capitalize on opportunities. Establish regular supply review meetings with suppliers to enhance visibility, improve supply performance, and cultivate effective problem-solving and collaborative engagement.Provide input to Daily/Weekly/Monthly Management Boards with critical metrics to improve business performance and participate in PPI events.Ensure all order entry input forms are complete and matched with quotes and/or Stock Authorization approvals before entering the ERP system.Target same day order entry with 100% accuracy to ensure timely placement of PO’s.Investigate and respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and return claims in coordination with internal and external partners.Follow all corporate safety, training, and compliance requirements while maintaining cybersecurity vigilance to ensure the safety and security of business systems.Lead the timely delivery of ad-hoc project-based tasks assigned within the scope of job duties.

Who we are looking for:A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a Science-related field is required; APICS certification is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or commercial roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry, managing overseas suppliers and/or operating in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in ERP systems (JDE, E1, SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.A process, results, and metrics driven individual with a demonstrated passion for continuous improvement, optimization, and standardization.A positive can-do attitude with strong social skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels.
