This **hybrid role** can be based **anywhere in Australia** , giving you the flexibility to balance home and office work in a way that suits your wellbeing. **Please include a short paragraph at the top of your CV explaining why you want to work for Stryker.** **What you’ll do as a Supply Planner** **Optimize inventory to avoid excess while meeting service KPIs** + Procure finished goods from global suppliers, manage changes, and track ETAs + Solve supply issues quickly, provide ETAs, and coordinate substitutions + Manage inbound freight, drive cost savings, and resolve warehouse challenges + Plan portfolio needs including safety stock, MOQs, and product lifecycles + Influence demand planning through the monthly IBP cycle + Support continuous improvement through lean initiatives and strong process management **What we’re looking for** Minimum Requirements + 2+ years in supply chain, planning, procurement, or production + Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field + ERP experience and proficiency in Excel + High level stakeholder management and influencing skills + Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred + ISO9001/13485 familiarity and Lean or APICS certifications (a plus) + Proficiency in PowerBI **At Stryker, we’re not just a workplace—we’re a community.
