Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Supply Management Apprentice
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Order confirmation management support Analyze order confirmations received via email. Maintain and update an Excel tracking sheet. Update order details in SAP (quantity, price, due date) for both Saran and Arc-les-Gray units. Support for France electronic invoicing regulation Collect supplier information from the shared mailbox (communication handled by another team member). Update supplier accounts in the John Deere Supplier Profile module. Operational support for planning activities, including: Parameter updates – Maintain purchasing document and material master data in SAP. Document transmission – Handle internal SAP document transfers and resolve related errors.
Our requirements:
Student status. Availability for 100-120 hours/month. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Good command of English. Nice to have: SAP experience, Data Analytics, Automation, AI skills, French language.
