**Location:** Global Headquarter
**Travel:** 5% of the time (adhoc for workshops, training and/ or to the plants)
**Purpose:**
The **Co-Op for Planning** is responsible for supporting activities within End to End organization in tasks of supply and demand synchronization US source and production planning processes of Hill’s Pet Nutrition division by delivering analytics, identifying opportunities on standardized processes, activities, reports, support projects in founding the growth, re-imagining initiatives.
**Scope of Responsibility:**
The **Co-Op for Planning** to support and add value to the End to End organization within Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

What You’ll Do
**Data Engineering** : Use raw data and combine such from different sourcing systems, different SAP transactions/standard tables to make it usable to enable analytics to drive improvements across the supply chain. Enable most rapid reliable and high quality data for the organization.
Writing and Optimizing SQL Queries: Develop SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
**Analytics: -** Create, automate and understand trends, find meaningful patterns in data to find gaps in the processes to help improve service and cost.
**Documentation** : Support the E2E organization to understand the essential processes with the owner processes to document as a standard operating procedures where they are needed.
**E2E Activities and projects** : Develop & implement projects to drive process improvements, creating more agility, visibility, & efficient ways of working with cross functional partners (e.g. quality, regulatory, CBS, Freight Forwarders, domestic logistics) and supporting the E2E Reimagine strategies. Leverage analytical skills, ongoing review of results/adjustments, and business/system knowledge to drive business efficiencies, profitability and customer service.
+ **Partner Collaboration** – Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Customer Service & Logistics, CBS team, and external business partners to drive operational efficiencies, execute supply network strategies and achieve key performance indicators.
+ **100% System Driven Planning** – Support quarterly master data updates such as: US Exports Transit Time review in SAP and understanding on Planning Parameters to drive optimal automated planning processes.
+ **Meet budgetary goals** – Support policies and targets for forward looking global SKU stock coverage optimization, inventory projections, and global month-end finished goods inventory reporting (units and pounds).

**Required Qualifications**
**Education:**
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering
**Experience:**
Fundamental knowledge in Supply Planning, Production Planning or Supply Chain roles.
**Technical:**
Application of Supply Chain optimization tools / methodologies, SAP S/4, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
Preferable: Experience with SQL and data management systems.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $22.50 - $30.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
