The Digital Supply Chain team is responsible for implementing and maintaining the digital tools that support our supply chain processes. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us drive this transformation.

Job PurposeAs the Supply & CMO Planning, your primary mission is to support the business continuity and operational excellence of the department's service. You will help keep the service available for users and work on improving it by adding new functionalities, redesigning tool features, and collaborating with business stakeholders to update the business model. You will achieve this by harnessing existing technologies and tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between our digital products and services and our supply chain operations.
To fulfill this mission, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), business users, external partners, and more. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our digital transformation initiatives and implementing Global Core Model Solutions. This will involve leading activities related to design, build, deployment, and ongoing operations. Additionally, you will facilitate the development of necessary skills and expertise among our team members to drive the evolution of both the digital and business aspects of Supply Chain planning.
Primary ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Kinaxis Maestro at a technical level for Supply & CMO Planning processesDesign and support implementation on Kinaxis integration model with multiple SAP ERP systems globally, ensuring data flow is seamless and efficientOther responsibilitiesDesign, test, and implement system configurations to meet business requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operationsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration between systemsSupport end users with system-related questions and issuesParticipate in system upgrade projects and testingAnalyze system performance and recommend improvementsEnsure data quality and integrity within the systemStay current with new features and functionality in Kinaxis MaestroSupport continuous improvement initiativesProvide training and knowledge transfer to team membersDocument configuration changes and maintain system documentationFoster a culture of continuous learning within the team through knowledge sharingRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldKinaxis Authoring Certifications 1 & 2 (Preferable)Scrum Master Certification (Preferable)APICS-CPIM / CSCP as advantageousFluent in EnglishProfessional Experience2-5 years’ experience as technical expert in Supply Chain Planning domainExperience with Kinaxis Maestro implementation or support (preferrable)Good knowledge of application integration process points with execution systems (SAP APO, O9, Blue Yonder, etc.)Knowledge of production planning processes and systemsDemonstrated expertise in working with SAP ERP systemsExperience with Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (JIRA/Confluence)Experience in Pharma/life sciences/healthcare industries is a plusSkills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsProactivity and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlinesExcellent team spirit and collaboration skillsHigh level of accountabilityStrong facilitation and communication skillsAbility to influence a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholdersAdaptable, flexible, and quick learnerCapable trainer and clear communicatorKnowledge of SAP Enable Now (advantageous)Ability to work effectively within a matrix organizational structureSelf-motivated team player with a proactive approach to staying updated on innovative technologiesContext and ChallengesCoordinate with digital product development teams to integrate planning considerations into new product launches and updatesUnderstand Business needs and translate them into technical requirementsBring Business added value to support business transformationSupport activities to roll-out solution on new sites/marketsEnsure day-to-day operational excellence of the solutionDrive AIMS (external service provider responsible for production support services) to resolve escalated incidents and problemsSanofi Behaviours and SkillsThis position is required to demonstrate behaviors such as Be Bold, Aim Higher, Act for Patients and Lead Together.
