Position: Supply Chain Wareable Project Manager
Location: Lad Krabang/Bangkok, Thailand
Context
As part of the APAC Rx Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Development Specialist will lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on the “Wearables and Complete Pairs” product line. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to optimize performance, integrate new solutions, and support new product introductions. The specialist will manage projects from end to end, driving innovation and operational excellence across the region.
Key Missions
Lead full-cycle project management: scoping, planning, execution, change management, and post-implementation review Support new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness and execution Drive supply chain integration and synergy initiatives, particularly around Complete Pairs Standardize and implement performance indicators (KPIs) across markets Optimize information, financial, and physical flows within the Rx supply chain Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools Ensure effective communication of project milestones, risks, and achievementsProfile Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain project management or transformation roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments Fluent in English (spoken and written)Tools & Systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SAP-BO)
