together to ensure the needs of our patients visitors and staff are met in a timely courteous mannerThis includes working closely with clinical teams to provide medical supplies as needed in a timely mannerThey also provide supplies to offsite HHC facilities in the surroundings areaThe Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operational activities of Supply Chain distribution for Hartford HospitalThe areas of responsibility include staff supervision shipping receiving inventory management management and mailroomcourier servicesResponsibilities include but are not limited to the followingDirect supervision of up to regional supply chain staffProvides feedback on individual performance expectations mentors and develops employeesRespond to customer needs resolving conflicts and educating employees on customer serviceEffectively and continually communicates with the staff management and customers to facilitate the flow of informationManage storeroom inventories and
