This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. The student will also participate in project-based initiatives, including the development of ideas and solutions that leverage new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve supply chain processes. Your Role and Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Student, you will support the team in operational and project-based activities, including but not limited to: * Assist with daily supply chain operational activities. * Support logistics processes, including material flow and delivery coordination. * Review and track materials, inventories, and basic documentation. * Coordinate and follow up with external suppliers and service providers. * Create and support projects that explore and apply new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve supply chain efficiency and operations. * Support data review, simple analysis, and basic reporting related to supply chain activities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within supply chain processes. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data, or related fields. * Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts (inventory, transportation, suppliers, operations). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work with data using basic tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. * Interest in new technologies and innovation, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital solutions. * Basic programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, SQL, or similar * Ability to manage multiple tasks and support both operational and project-based activities. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to continuous improvement. * Intermediate - Advance English level (written and verbal). **Preferred technical and professional experience** Basic programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, SQL, or similar IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
