Supply Chain Strategic Planning Senior Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE

The Associate Manager Planning Operations Personal Care US is a key contributor to the Personal Care NA team as they will support the flawless execution that delivers a robust sourcing strategy, value creation initiatives that fuel our business, and superior network capability and capacity.
This role will support Strategic Planning projects such as sourcing changes, value creation initiatives, and legal & regulatory changes. This role will also be responsible for activities supporting project execution such as master data set up, factory trial planning, and information gathering across a broad spectrum of teams. You will also support the NA team for sourcing analysis and financial scenario planning.
The role supports Personal Care North America Supply Chain and reports to the Manager Planning Operations Personal Care US located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Develop and maintain sourcing change networks; escalate roadblocks as needed.
• Lead sourcing change project execution to ensure OTIF delivery (On Time In Full)
• Execute and monitor key project tasks: contracts, BOM creation, trial readiness, and transitions.
• Conduct financial analysis across global factory sourcing scenarios.
• Support savings initiatives through data gathering and idea generation.
• Identify and deliver a continuous improvement funnel for ways of working between the hub and team based in US
• Create and maintain process documentation for planning operations, ensuring consistency and compliance across the US and Brazil teams.
• Deliver legal and regulatory updates in alignment with business needs.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Finance, Business, Logistics, and/or Engineering
• Senior experience in any of the following areas: Supply Chain planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering and/or Operations Research

• Experience in sourcing, insourcing projects

• Experience in innovation projects in Supply Chain
• Clear demonstration of leadership, team commitment and influencing others
• Cross functional business process, commercial and financial acumen

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
