**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:**
The Travel and Expense Manager / Card Administrator will manage NCR Atleos’ corporate credit and travel card programs, acting as the main point of contact for cardholders and handling the administration of cards. Key responsibilities include processing new card applications, managing limits, monitoring for policy compliance, reconciling transactions, and assisting with expense reporting and travel inquiries. They are also responsible for program-wide tasks like account termination for departing employees and collaborating with vendors and finance teams to resolve issues.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
+ Cardholder support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, disputes, and assistance with card usage, limits, and troubleshooting.
+ Program administration: Coordinate card applications, manage card issuance, set limits, and handle account terminations for employees who leave the company.
+ §Compliance and monitoring: Monitor card activity for compliance with company policies, review transactions for irregularities, and generate reports.
+ Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card transactions with expense reports and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
+ Policy and training: Help develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and communications related to the credit card program.
+ Vendor management: Liaise with banks and travel vendors to address issues and optimize the program.
+ Travel inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel inquiries.
+ Conduct regular reviews with NCR ATLEOS internal stakeholders to understand structure of business and the supplier needs to fulfil the NCR ATLEOS objectives.
+ Track and report all key supplier metrics required by the Global Commodity Directors including cost savings, number of suppliers, spend analysis, supplier performance, contracts, reverse auctions, Payment days, etc.
+ §Monitor and drive improvements in supplier performance metrics. Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including driving improvements in supplier performance and helping to resolve issues regarding service quality, delivery performance and cost.
+ Handle local issues pragmatically and escalate as necessary
+ Establish a strong network of collaborations with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders, and commodity team members.
+ Measures supplier performance and implement continuous improvement processes
+ Monitor and drive improvements in supplier performance metrics. Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including driving improvements in supplier performance and helping to resolve issues regarding service quality, delivery performance and cost
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 5-years of expense management and card administration experience; Previous experience in corporate card administration, finance, accounting, or travel services is preferred.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and vendors, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities are essential.
+ Understanding of the legalities of ethical purchasing behaviors and the ability to work with Legal on assuring those aspects.
+ Ability to indirectly influence and lead cross-functional teams, including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (e.g., project teams) at all organizational levels and/or with outside professionals.
+ Effective time/resource management and project management skills/capabilities
+ Proficiency with expense management and travel booking systems (e.g., Navan, Citi Manager) is required along with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**· Preferred Qualifications:**
· BA/BS undergraduate degree or professional qualification equivalent.
· Strategic planning and change management skills.
**Work Environment:**
Office Environnent. Ability to travel (international) to support projects (as required); with extended hours during peak work times.
**Key Competencies/Skills:**
Excellent project management, written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to work in a matrix management environment.
