Overview This role supports the Cluster Commercial team by creating reports and analyzing sales performance by channel, customer, and sales area. The main goal is to provide clear insights and recommendations to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities Create performance reports based on established KPIs and handle ad-hoc data requests using systems like SAP BI, distributor databases, and Nielsen. Develop on-demand reports and scorecards to improve data accessibility and visualization. Organize and analyze large sets of data across channels, customers, and sales areas to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and new product launches to evaluate return on investment and suggest improvements by channel or customer. Support field sales execution and compliance reporting, as well as market surveys (e.g. price checks). Present insights and recommendations to the Sales Leadership team in a clear and concise way. Assist in preparing customer business reviews by gathering performance data and opportunities by channel, customer, or distributor. Contribute to internal business reviews and planning processes, such as mid-year or annual sales conferences. Help maintain the accuracy of internal sales tools and news pages. Build strong working relationships with the Sales Leadership team and key stakeholders. Partner with the Commercial team to keep reporting relevant, user-friendly, and valuable for decision-making. Work closely with the Global Capability Center data team to ensure full support for the cluster. Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or similar. 0–1 year of related experience. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good communication and presentation skills. Organized, proactive, and results-driven. Able to build positive working relationships. Please apply with your CV in English.
