Process Returns from Engineers and Customers in targeted timeframeResolve discrepancies within expected timeNumber of open RMAsKey responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:
Working in compliance with legislation and IMS (required for all)Process FSE and customer product returns and conduct product failure analysisHandle day-to-day RMA receiving / shipping activitiesWork closely with internal departments such as Operation, Customer Service/Technical Support, Quality and EngineeringWork closely with DHL warehousesAging and maintenance of reports associated with returned partsProficiencies:
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
