The Supply Chain Specialist provides reports and services to internal customers and stakeholders within the supply chain framework, including process automation and improvement. This role focuses on inventory and transportation management, issue resolution, knowledge transfer, system improvement, and governance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Transportation Management
Manage inventory and transportation activities by providing accurate, updated, and timely reports on tracking files and dashboards.Oversee stock management, LOGD reporting, and import processes.Monitor and track shipments, plan routes, manage systematic transactions, and ensure timely month-end shipments and budget alignment.
Issue Management
Act promptly on issues identified in processes by providing workarounds and troubleshooting to resolve problems immediately.
Knowledge Transfer
Perform knowledge transfers and create handbook documentation.Confirm processes with affiliates related to service migration and onboarding of new affiliates.
System Improvement & UAT
Participate as a key user in improving or replacing existing systems and procedures.Act as a project member and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new implementations.
Governance & Controls
Ensure all KPIs and control measures are accurate and up to date, including backend and source data updates.Connect with stakeholders to align on results and escalate deviations with action plans.Design systems and tools to ensure visibility and transparency of measures.Prepare reports such as Supply Chain KPIs aligned with PDCA, Proof of Payment reports, and engage with logistics vendors (shipping lines, brokers, forwarders).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.2–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or commercial functions. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Agile, persistent, and committed to delivering results.

Makati City, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pmHybrid Work Setup
