Volt is immediately hiring for Supply Chain Specialist in Commerce, CA.

This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM- 5PM

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of operational experience in supply chain management, including inventory control, flow optimization, and ERP utilization. Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Access databases Effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Clear and confident communication across all levels of the organization and with external partners  2+ years of manufacturing industry experience

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will:

Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow across ocean, air, rail, and road deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure seamless material flow to meet production needs Analyze MRP reports and define strategic procurement plans Collaborate cross-functionally to align ERP transactions and physical inventory Lead initiatives to digitize supply chain processes Apply strategic thinking to optimize BOM, inventory control, and warehouse space utilization Leverage ERP and WMS systems to drive efficiency and accuracy
