Our Vantaa site develops laboratory automation solutions, clinical chemistry and industrial chemistry analyzers and assays, food safety kits, pipettes and other diagnostics and research solutions. It is conveniently located close to the Vantaankoski railway station.

How will you make an impact?

As a Supply Chain Specialist, Spare Parts, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global customers can rely on their analyzers and automation lines every day. By securing spare part availability and continuously developing global spare part management processes, you will directly contribute to outstanding customer service, operational efficiency, and long-term product support across the lifecycle.

What will you do?


You will be part of the Vantaa Supply Chain team supporting our global customer base. Your role will have these focus areas:

Ensure global spare part availability in line with agreed service levelsCreate, develop, and maintain global spare part management processes together with key stakeholders.Create and maintain the global spare part portfolioCollaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, product management, technical support, quality, finance, and commercial operationsApply inventory management, replenishment planning, and E&O principles to optimize availability and costCreate and maintain spare parts product structures in PLM systemSupport warehouse operations in spare part managementLead and participate in supply chain–related development and improvement projectsSupport product lifecycle management from a spare parts perspective.

We are looking for a curious, proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a global, dynamic environment and is motivated by helping customers keep their instruments running.

How will you get there?

MSc or BSc in engineering or a similar field, with a few years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, procurement, or a related areaExperience in spare part management processes and material availability planningStrong understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, and E&O managementBasic knowledge of product lifecycle management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and organizational levelsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP), PLM systems, and Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelFluency in both English and FinnishAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to meeting delivery expectations.

The following are considered an advantage:

Experience in regulated industries (e.g. IVDR, FDA)Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as PPI, Lean, or Six Sigma.
