Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement Consulting Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage solution delivery through activities including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, establishing performance metrics and new policies, testing, and knowledge management.

Apply deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills, including optimization methods and financial computations.

Work with advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.

Work You’ll Do

As a Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment providing many opportunities to have an active voice. You will advise clients on their Supply Chain and Operations strategy and work with them to implement next generation solutions. Deloitte brings world-class supply network capabilities, operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in: Digital Supply Networks, Internet of Things, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Development, Dynamic Fulfillment, and Synchronized Planning. 

Illustrative activities include: 

Stay up to date on industry trends and leading-edge practices

Lead multiple workstreams

Lead onshore/offshore teams

Participate in business development activities

Synthesize findings into actionable insights and robust sourcing strategies

Develop complex total cost of ownership models

Present finding and recommendations to client executives

Build maintain and manage relationships with key client stakeholders and delegate action to teams to address escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction

Act as sourcing subject matter expert and show a deep understanding of category cost drivers and market intelligence

Work with clients and suppliers to identify continuous cost improvement opportunities

Assess and/or guide the assessment of large datasets to discover meaningful patterns, trends and relationships

Develop advanced analytics and / or cognitive approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance

Qualifications

Required

8 + years consulting and/or industry experienceBachelor's DegreeExperience leading delivery of Sourcing & Procurement projects from strategy through implementationExperience with Spend analytics, RFx and Strategic Sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management and vendor/supplier managementTeam lead / Project management experienceAbility to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 - $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
