Job Description

► Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks across the supply chain (e.g., supply disruptions, supplier capacity status, ordering fluctuations)
► Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies
► Design, build, and maintain risk-assessment models and scenario analyses using data-analytics tools
► Drive risk-mitigation activities in coordination with plants, business units, and divisions, within a cross-functional setup including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, etc.
► Align planning horizons, assess risks, and propose and execute actions to avoid disruptions
► Define and manage escalation protocols for critical supply chain incidents
► Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management, featuring Key Risk/Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for mitigation measures
► Develop standard operating procedures and lead workshops

Qualifications

► Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
► 3–5 years of professional experience in supply chain or planning roles, preferably within logistics or purchasing sectors
► Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and risk management frameworks
► Advanced analytical skills; hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel, SQL, or similar platforms considered an asset
► Familiarity with international logistics regulations and industry standards
► Proactive, systematic, and strategic thinker
► Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
► Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
► Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with change
► Advanced knowledge of English language
