Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $60-64.00/hour DOELocation: Houston, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours +Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Support the design, development, and implementation of the supply chain KPI dashboard using Power BIExtract, validate, and transform SAP MM data (tables, reports, and transactional data) to support KPI reporting needsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting sourcesIdentify opportunities to streamline data extraction and reporting workflowsContribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures that support ongoing KPI reportingApply continuous improvement principles where appropriate (Lean Six Sigma experience beneficial)Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training material related to the supply chain KPI dashboard and associated processesWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data meets requirements, and create clear and understandable dashboardsAssist in providing training and support to the organization on the use of the KPI dashboard and related tools Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement
Basic Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Proficient in SAP for supply chain management
Experience as a contract specialist, with a strong understanding of contract management principles
Experience in inventory management a plus
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, including navigation of table data (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO), data extraction, and report generation
Basic experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a requirement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in procedure writing
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
