The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Supply Chain - Provisioning Analysts (Associate) to support our KC-46 Tanker Provisioning Team in Tukwila, Washington. The KC-46 Provisioning Team supports the fielded KC-46 Tankers in the USAF and international customer’s fleets, and is a dynamic, fast paced franchise program that is in the early stages of fleet deployment and sustainment support.
Provisioning (Parts Data) is the management process for determining and acquiring the range and quantity of support items necessary to operate and maintain an end item of material. In involves the analysis and documentation of engineering source data documents to identify, recommend, and determine spare and repair part requirements. It provides the customer with the analytical decisions and recommendations that enable the identification of affordable inventory requirements. It impacts several supportability efforts which must be in place upon delivery of the aircraft as well as on-going life cycle demands.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with customer support, product management, and supply support services to develop high-quality customer specific content.Develop, maintain, and edit single-sourced content according to department and company quality and development design practices.Participate in the data development stages to help identify and resolve gaps between customer requirements, technical design, and to improve data content of the product to help bolster the supply support readiness level.Balance multiple projects, including projects beyond normal scope, and works as an integral part of the Provisioning team.Ensure content and delivery of technical data meets the KC-46 end-user requirements.Provide regular updates on project status.Contribute to shared knowledge and industry best-practices across a larger team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine content needs, and schedules. Meet all scheduled deliverables.Create a variety of types of content based on customer needs, priorities, and program schedules.Contribute to departmental best practices, including style guidelines, organization, configuration management, tools, and procedures.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Tukwila, WA.
