SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Project Improvement Supervisor will lead continuous improvement initiatives across APMEA's supply chain operations, focusing on optimization, innovative solutions, and data-driven project execution to enhance operational efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally.

Plant production capacity review: conducted plant production capacity reviews to identify bottlenecks and optimize data accuracy.AVG/ENWARE Improvement Project, Leverage NDC to manage AVG/Enware’s China based suppliersAccelerate AI implementation on Supply Chain process to improve working efficiencyStreamlined S&OP process for the whole APMEA Supply ChainWarehouse Improvement Project: Promote warehouse layout optimization, automation upgrade, and process improvement projects, shorten order processing cycles, and improve inventory turnover.leverage the experience & knowledge in the industry and focus on different innovative businesses.Quick Kaizen and Cost Saving Project.

Supply Chain function support

Strictly adhere to WATTS EHS, Ethic guidelines & Compliance policy to ensure that all business activities comply with company standardsSupport for managing orders lifecycle, coordinating import & export plans, optimizing end-to-end supply chain execution efficiency, based on team needsMonitor key performance indicators of the supply chain, improve customer satisfaction and delivery reliability through process improvement

Data Analysis and Management

Supply chain performance analysis: Lead the data modeling and visualization analysis of key indicators such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and slow-moving/non-moving inventory, providing data support for business decision-making.Cross departmental collaboration

Other tasks assigned by the line managers.

DUCATION:

Bachelor degree major in Supply Chain, logistics or related field.

MANAGEMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred consulting working experienceMore than 5 years working experience in planning/logistics/customer service/warehouse management.More than 1 year of working knowledge on APAC or Global project management.Knowledge of ERP/WMS or logistics information management system will be a plus.Proficiency in PPT &Excel & Access & Power BI is preferred.Ability to English write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.Good communication skill and problem-solving skill.Self-motivated and result oriented. Willing to meet new challenges and changes.
