Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Project and Change Manager for the Retail Operations team at one of our major retail clients to support a critical transformation initiative: transitioning from our current 3PL procurement and supply chain vendor to a new partner. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations, while driving alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The vendor is responsible for end-to-end supply chain, procurement and warehousing of all non-sellable inventory for the stores (mannequins, hangers etc.).
The workstreams this person will be leading include:
• Physical inventory transfer between distribution centres
• Working with the vendor to transition and test the new ordering platform
• Collaborating with the new vendors on sourcing of new product including gathering of procurement product information from the vendor, working with lululemon stakeholders on selection of product and managing physical product samples
• Creation of an Operating Guide with the new vendor, defining KPIs and success metrics to monitor progress and ensure the new vendor meets lululemon’s deliverable as outlined in the contract and act as a training guide.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations project management
• Previous experience working on a warehousing or DC transition
• Expertise working with 3PL vendor management
• Strong change management skills and ability to guide a large transformation
• Strong documentation skills allowing them to gather requirements, document and create and operating or training guide • Retail experience but open to manufacturing if they are experienced with the supply chain and warehousing of physical goods
• PMP or ProSci certifications
