Acquiring W9's and company information. Ensuring our AIT's are onboarded in a timely manner. Maintaining their profiles and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Tracking job start and finish dates. Tracking in the AIT Sharepoint site to keep schedule up to date and AIT's compliant with all questionnaires. Assessing compliance documents in the Ivalua onboarding portal and ensuring all insurance is compliant and up to date. Working closely with Environmental and Safety to gather approvals for the SHE questionnaires. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** High School Diploma, minimum of 6 years experience in procurement, logistics or buying background. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Experience working with different companies onboarding suppliers. Strong communication skills. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
