Supply Chain Process Specialist

Position Summary

Join us as a Supply Chain Process Specialist, where you’ll drive the efficiency, accuracy, and structure of our supply and demand operations. In this role, you will play a central part in managing the end-to-end supply chain process—collaborating with global and local teams, refining planning systems, and ensuring smooth product flow across markets.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mid- and long-term demand planning activities for a dedicated product category (B2B or B2C), in close collaboration with sales and product management.Coordinate with Samsung’s global manufacturing teams, including Suwon HQ and European supply chain hubs, to manage production schedules and stock flows.Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to avoid shortages or product aging.Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (primarily in Excel) to support accurate forecasting, sales tracking, and performance analysis.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales progress, revenue tracking, and supply chain KPIs.Collaborate with internal teams across functions and time zones to ensure synchronized planning and timely execution.Take ownership of system processes (ERP, GSCM) and ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools.Support revenue management and billing processes through structured planning and reporting.Analyze sell-out trends and provide actionable insights to drive sell-in optimization and market responsiveness.Promote continuous improvement of internal supply chain processes, proactively identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, or a similar area.Advanced MS Excel skills.Strong analytical and data management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Experience working in a multicultural and multinational environment; ability to effectively collaborate across time zones and with diverse teams.Demonstrated curiosity about products, markets, and process optimization.Strong interpersonal skills—open to others’ perspectives, clear in communication, and team-oriented.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
