Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary:** Detail-oriented and proactive Inventory and Logistics Analyst to oversee inventory record accuracy and prime product shipping. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. **What You Will Do:** Inventory Management & Reporting + Maintain and continuously improve computerized inventory records. + Monitor and report on inventory levels and activity to support operational decisions. Compliance & Control + Ensure adherence to established internal control procedures related to inventory and logistics. Inventory Record Accuracy + Develop and execute a comprehensive Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) count plan for a prime product factory. Cross-Functional Collaboration + Partner with Operations, Quality, and Value Chain teams to align inventory and logistics strategies with business goals. Warehouse Optimization + Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse capacity, throughput, and overall efficiency. Shipping & Logistics + Plan and execute timely and accurate shipping of prime products. + Coordinate with transport carriers to ensure on-time delivery to end customers. **Education requirement:** Candidates should possess a degree or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise **What skills you will have:** **Business Process Improvement:** + Gather data to support analysis of business processes + Illustrate problems, opportunities, and improvement methods + Suggest ways to reduce variation and waste + Evaluate key factors for change initiatives + Participate in requirements analysis for process enhancements **Analytical Thinking:** + Defines issues clearly and assesses their impact. + Compares alternative solutions systematically. + Identifies key stakeholders and influencing factors. + Applies logic and intuition to interpret data and draw conclusions. **Problem Solving:** + Identifies and documents specific issues with potential solutions + Considers multiple stakeholder perspectives when analyzing problems + Develops methods to assess the accuracy and relevance of information + Evaluates risks and benefits of different approaches to support decision-making + Uses diagnostic tools and fact-finding techniques to uncover root causes **Supply Chain Management - MFG:** + Recognizes ERP systems and components used in supply chain management + Proficient with the Inventory Management / Warehouse Management Module of SAP + Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint + Participates in analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities **Additional Information:** This position requires the candidate **to work onsite five days a week at the Denison, TX office.** Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.
