Job Description

Join our logistics planning team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and processes within Bosch’s supply chain. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional and international environment, collaborating with suppliers, customers and production units both in Portugal and across Europe.

Your contribution to something big:

Plan and procure materials from internal and external suppliers;Ensure high material availability while optimizing inventory levels;Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., Service Level, Inventory Level, Claims) and propose corrective actions;Identify and escalate availability risks early to avoid disruptions;Support new product launches and engineering changes (ECRs);Maintain accurate master data and align on initial stock requirements.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education: 

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: 

Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations planning;Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (SAP S/4HANA is a plus). 

Know-how: 

Understanding of Lean principles and logistics planning processes;Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. 

Languages: 

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);

Working Style and Methods: 

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team;Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

Personality: 

Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven;Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
