Supply Chain Planner

Join a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain planning for the cloud business, contributing to projects involving day-to-day supply changes and Power BI automations.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply planning processes including demand-supply alignment, forecast validation, and supportability analysis.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data flow between SAP IBP and ISP dashboards.Monitor inventory health, purchase order coverage, and lead-time logic to maintain planning accuracy.Design and build interactive dashboards and reports for supply planning metrics such as forecast accuracy and buffer health.Implement governance best practices for Power BI workspaces, roles, and data security.Connect multiple data sources into Power BI for consolidated views, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across planning and reporting platforms.

Essential Skills

Minimum 5 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in a tech environment.Proficiency in Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and integration with SAP IBP or similar planning tools.Experience with SQL, SAP, advanced Excel skills, and creating dashboards in Power BI.Strong analytical skills and knowledge in root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with governance frameworks for BI tools, workspace roles, and security compliance.Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position requiring candidates to work standard PST business hours with some flexibility to coordinate with global teams, primarily in India. The role involves working 40 hours per week with no overtime expected. Candidates are required to provide a laptop capable of handling large data sets. Cloud attestation is required for this role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $41.00/hr.
