JOB PURPOSE
This role leads the market mitigation capability, driving operational excellence in risk management and resolution of short-term service threats. You will manage a team of Mitigation Coordinators and take ownership of critical mitigation cases across categories. You act as the market lead for AATP (new tool for automatized reservations & prioritizations) and waste governance and play a key role in driving adoption of digital tools and best practices.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Operational Mitigation Management
Lead critical risk assessments and service gap mitigation for high-priority SKUs/customers.Coordinate with Demand Planner, Supply Planners, Trade Marketing and Sales to make E2E trade-off decisions.Ensure market adherence to stock allocation principles and AATP governance.Steer waste prevention actions and monitor execution of agreed mitigations.Actively drive mitigation decisions into systems governance routines.Capability & Team Leadership
Own and lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and mitigation processes across the marketLead, coach and develop a team of Mitigation Coordinators.Set priorities and ensure timely and effective mitigation execution.Build team capability in tools (Kinaxis, AATP, POM) and S&OP ways of working.Support upskilling of planning community on mitigation logic, tools, and escalation flows and participate in relevant upcoming projectsDigital Enablement & Process Ownership
Act as market lead for AATP configuration, business rule changes, and testing.Champion continuous improvement of service risk management and automation.Collaborate with global and regional teams on tool upgrades and data quality initiatives.Represent CZ/SK in feedback loops related to Guardrails and mitigation efficiency KPIs.What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a Supply Chain Specialist in multinational environmentPeople leadership experience – ability to set priorities, coach others, and manage performanceExperience in supply & demand planning or logistics – preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder setupsExperience with key planning tools (Kinaxis, AATP, Rough Reconciliation, POM)Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence ability across functions and seniority levelsChange leadership mindset – capable of training, embedding, and scaling new ways of workingData-savvy and comfortable navigating complex operational scenariosResilient, self-driven, with ability to prioritize and act in high-pressure situationsFluent English (spoken/written)What we offer:30 days of vacation
