**Job Description** BAE Systems is looking to hire a Supply Chain Operations VIR Analyst to join our Operations Data Analytics team. This individual will review and enter Vendor Information Requests (VIRs) from our suppliers for processing and disposition. Candidate will have to work with key stakeholders from within supply chain and throughout the organization, as well as directly with our suppliers. This role will report to the Manager of Supply Chain Engineering Support & Vendor Information Request (VIR) team. Key Responsibilities: + Review and confirm information provided by suppliers on VIR forms + Coordinate with Suppliers, Buyers, Quality and Supply Chain Program Managers, etc. as needed to confirm or clarify information needed on the VIR form + Submit VIR into the appropriate process in EPDM for review and disposition in a timely manner + Support Supply Chain Engineering Support & Vendor Information Request (VIR) Manager in analysis, training and investigation as needed + Work collaboratively with SC Engineering / iTeam to support technical improvement projects + Drive enhancements to internal processes + Align to other ad hoc analysis activities as required bt the Manager of Supply Chain Engineering Support and Vendor Information Request (VIR) team **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Associated Fields). Work experience equivalent is considered as well if no degree. + Solid understanding of core supply chain processes including but not limited to, Bills of Material, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Quotations. + Prior experience working with Microsoft Excel & Power Point + Candidates should have an eye for continuous improvement and be ready and willing to improve upon existing processes. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Prior experience in EPDM or other similar data management systems + Prior experience in Oracle or other similar order/data management systems + Experience managing and supporting internal workflows, including coordination across teams and adherence to established processes **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $51273 - $87164 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
