Responsibilities This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics Develop and coach individuals and the team to solve operational issues Support and develop Processing Lead Leads daily performance meetings & run rights venues Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business working with multiple departments to accomplish one goal of making product safely, food safe for consumers, at the highest efficiency & lowest cost. Handles all team performance and personnel issues Manages time and payroll systems Administers policies and practices. Conduct presentations and formal training programs to improve team communication and engagement Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same Ensure all Safety protocol and procedures are followed Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
