The Manager, Business Systems & Digital Transformation is responsible for leading business systems initiatives and digital transformation efforts supporting Supply Chain and Master Data domains. This role serves as the primary liaison between Digital Technology (DT) and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, integrated system solutions that enable operational excellence. Leads SAP ERP implementations, system migrations (including ECC to S/4HANA), enhancements, and sustainment activities. This includes ownership of application support, break/fix resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system stability, data integrity, and successful user adoption. The role drives process optimization, standardization, and system improvements to enhance end-to-end supply chain performance and strengthen master data governance. This position combines hands-on SAP expertise, project leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, future-ready digital capabilities.

**What YOU will do:**
**Business Systems & Digital Initiative Leadership**
+ Lead digital technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain and Master Data functions.
+ Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into system-driven solutions.
+ Support execution of ERP roadmap initiatives aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
+ Drive process harmonization and adoption of standardized system solutions.
+ Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved system utilization.
**SAP ERP Implementation & Enhancements (ECC / S/4HANA)**
+ Lead and support full lifecycle SAP implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
+ Contribute to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration efforts, ensuring continuity and minimal business disruption.
+ Coordinate cross-functional design workshops and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
+ Oversee integration points across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, QM) and related systems.
+ Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation activities.
**Application Sustainment & Break/Fix Support**
+ Own day-to-day application support for Supply Chain and Master Data systems.
+ Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue prioritization to meet service level agreements.
+ Lead enhancement intake, impact assessment, and release management processes.
+ Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
+ Support post-go-live stabilization efforts following implementations or upgrades.
**Master Data Governance & Data Integrity**
+ Partner with business teams to maintain strong master data governance practices.
+ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of material, vendor, customer, and product master data.
+ Support development and enforcement of data standards and stewardship models.
+ Identify and address data quality issues impacting supply chain operations.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain and Master Data leaders for system-related initiatives.
+ Facilitate solution design sessions and requirements workshops.
+ Communicate system changes, impacts, and timelines clearly to stakeholders.
+ Support user training, documentation, and change adoption activities.
+ Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support global implementations, site deployments, stakeholder workshops, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
**Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with system integrators and external vendors to deliver project milestones and support services.
+ Collaborate with infrastructure, security, finance, and other IT teams to ensure integrated solutions.
+ Provide guidance to analysts and functional team members as needed.
**Qualifications YOU Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
+ 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital technology, or IT business systems roles.
+ 5+ years supporting Supply Chain and/or Master Data functions.
+ Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
+ Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation; multiple implementations preferred.
+ Experience supporting ERP migrations, upgrades, or system consolidations.
+ Proven experience managing application sustainment and break/fix support processes.
+ Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed, and global environments.
+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
+ Must have an active Passport.
**Technical Expertise**
+ Strong functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain and Master Data modules including MM, PP, supporting end-to-end processes across Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Sustain, Inventory Management, and Order-to-Cash.
+ Experience supporting direct and indirect procurement processes, including supplier lifecycle management and supplier collaboration through Supplier Portals.
+ Working knowledge of SAP SRM and SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) integrated with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
+ Deep understanding of Production Master Data and Supply Chain Master Data, including Material Master (all relevant views), Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, Vendor Master, Customer Master, and organizational structures (Plant, Storage Location, Purchasing Organization, etc.).
+ Experience with master data governance, data lifecycle management, and data quality controls to ensure planning accuracy, production execution integrity, procurement efficiency, and financial reporting alignment.
+ Knowledge of cross-functional integration with Finance (FI/CO) to ensure accurate inventory valuation, costing, invoice matching, and transactional integrity.
