On‑Site | Cary, IL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional OT)

This on‑site role supports the Demand Planning team by handling essential administrative and data-related tasks that keep manufacturing operations running smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute production schedules, work travelers, and drawingsEnter and maintain data in the ERP systemTrack manufacturing and sales ordersAssist with purchase requisitions and inventory trackingSupport KPI reporting, forecasting, and data collectionTrack and communicate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)Serve as a liaison between demand planning and the production floorAssist planners with stocking levels and manufacturing order accuracy

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or administrative support roleExperience supporting manufacturing or supply chain teamsHands‑on experience with an ERP systemExperience with data entry and production-related documentation

Work Environment

100% on‑site at a large manufacturing facilityRegular interaction with planners and the production floorReporting to the Demand Planning ManagerJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
