Supply Chain Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager who comes directly from the PCB, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing industry. This industry experience is required due to the technical materials, supplier base, and fast‑paced production environment. Candidates without PCB or PCBA experience cannot be considered.
This role oversees the full supply chain for a high‑volume, high‑mix product environment with more than 10,000 SKUs. The ideal candidate is experienced, strategic, hands‑on, and capable of leading a team while optimizing procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and support the organization’s growth.
• Lead and mentor a supply chain team in a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, production, and finance teams.
Procurement and Supplier Management
• Source, qualify, and manage suppliers specifically within the PCB, PCBA, and electronic components ecosystem.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term supply agreements.
• Drive global sourcing initiatives and cost‑reduction programs, including tariff optimization.
Inventory and Materials Management
• Manage inventory levels for electronic components, PCBs, PCBA materials, and assemblies.
• Support high‑volume, high‑mix production with 10,000+ SKUs.
• Prevent material shortages and minimize excess inventory.
Logistics and Fulfillment
• Oversee domestic and international logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements.
• Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Performance Improvement and Risk Management
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs to strengthen performance.
• Identify risks across the electronics supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve processes for better cost, quality, and lead time results.
Required Qualifications
• Direct industry experience in PCB, PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or PCB fabrication (mandatory).
• 8+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience supporting high SKU volumes (10,000+).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Experience with global sourcing, logistics, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ITAR compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Epicor or other ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (experience may be considered in place of degree).
• Supply chain certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CIPS.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
