Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end‑to‑end supply chain operations within a fast‑paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role directly supports our high‑volume, high‑mix production of PCB assemblies and electronic components. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record managing complex supply chains with 10,000+ SKUs.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain StrategyDevelop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support company growth.Create scalable processes to support a high-volume, multi-product-line environment.Procurement & Inventory ManagementOversee procurement activities including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and optimization to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock.Ensure consistent availability of PCB materials, components, and electronics manufacturing supplies.Logistics & DistributionLead logistics operations, including global transportation, warehousing, and distribution.Drive improvements in lead times, freight costs, and delivery performance.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with production, engineering, finance, and operations teams to support build schedules and customer demand.Maintain strong alignment between procurement decisions and product development/engineering requirements.Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack supply chain KPIs and implement corrective measures where needed.Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory, and logistics.Risk ManagementDevelop strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions, including supplier diversification, lead time risk planning, and tariff mitigation.Support ITAR compliance across sourcing and logistics activities.Required Experience & QualificationsIndustry Experience – MandatoryMUST come from electronics manufacturing — specifically PCB, PCBA, or PCB fabrication environments.Experience with electronic components, BOM structures, contract manufacturing workflows, and electronics supply ecosystems.Professional Requirements8+ years of progressive supply chain experience.3+ years in a leadership or management role.Experience managing high SKU counts (10,000+ SKUs) and multi-product-line environments.Strong negotiation, vendor management, and supplier relationship-building skills.Experience with global sourcing, including tariff reduction strategies and cost‑saving initiatives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.ITAR-compliant experience working with restricted or regulated products.Technical SkillsProficiency in ERP systems; Epicor preferred, but experience with other major ERP platforms is acceptable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field strongly preferred (experience can substitute).Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CIPS are a plus.Job Type & Location

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
