About the role Supply Chain Manager Enzymes – North America This is an exciting opportunity to own and drive improvement in our enzymes supply chain network in North America. The focus of this role is to prioritise and elevate customer experience in the region, collaborating with other functions to ensure all customer interactions are executed to the highest standards. You will be joining enzymes during an exciting period of growth and expansion, and will be tasked with implementing best in class supply chain execution to service our existing customers and support new opportunities. Key responsibilities Own Customer Experience for enzymes North America, co-ordinating with customer care, regulatory and quality to ensure all customer touch points are executed to the highest standard. Collaborate with Demand Planning and commercial to drive collaborative, data driven forecasting, which will have a positive impact on forecast accuracy Ensure appropriate Inventory Strategies are in place across the full portfolio to meet the specific needs of the EuM’s, while also balancing cost and working capital requirements, including safety stock, reorder points, and EOQs Responsible for all Enzyme NA KPI’s – OTIF, Working Capital, Inventory, supply chain costs Manage Supply Planning to improve execution of inventory strategies. Actively removing barriers and working cross functionally to prioritise supply of enzyme stock in region. TPM management - responsible for building strong relationships with local enzyme TPMs; providing medium/longterm forecasts, holding regular business reviews, driving on time production and delivery. Optimise system usage, regularly review & maintain master data in SAP across customer, logistics and supply chain fields. Develop strong relationships with key commercial stakeholders, becoming key point of contact in the region for any issues, opportunities or customer engagements NPI – support excellent execution of new products or new customer launches, working cross functionally to focus the team on customer experience and on time execution Implement Kerry Best Practice Supply Chain Initiatives to improve reporting, transparency & efficient; Supply Excellence, Inventory Control Towers, SAR Partner with logistics to review and manage enzymes logistics network. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure customers needs are being met. Identify process improvements across the supply chain, logistics & customer care functions. Qualifications and skills + Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles (inventory strategies, demand planning, logistics) + Experience with SAP and master data management + Ability to manage KPIs like OTIF, working capital, inventory + Skills in forecasting, collaboration, and cross-functional communication + Experience with TPM management and vendor relationships + Familiarity with process improvement methodologies + Strong customer focus and ability to drive customer experience + Ability to lead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects The pay range for this position is $107,757 - $$181,563 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
