Supply Chain Manager

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end materials and inventory operations. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and company profitability. ? What You’ll Do As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll own and continuously improve all aspects of materials management and inventory control, including sourcing, planning, logistics, and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Include: + Translate customer delivery requirements into efficient, cost-effective material strategies + Lead and optimize ERP/MRP systems for materials management, scheduling, procurement, and logistics + Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and lead times to maximize value and profitability + Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Customer Support to achieve business goals + Develop and execute strategic inventory plans (safety stock, EOQs, MOQs) + Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity within ERP systems + Lead and develop purchasing, scheduling, shipping, and receiving teams + Foster a high-engagement culture through communication, coaching, and skill development + Monitor and reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory + Drive improvements in service levels, lead times, costs, and collaboration + Implement process improvements across sourcing, logistics, and materials handling + Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery; resolve shortages and quality issues + Analyze and report weekly/monthly KPIs to improve on-time delivery, utilization, and cost savings + Support a strong safety culture in partnership with the Site Safety Manager + Optimize warehouse operations and supplier performance documentation + Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain + Perform other duties as assigned ? What You Bring Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field + 5+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment + Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, sourcing strategies, and ERP/MRP systems + Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors + Demonstrated leadership and team development experience + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + High sense of urgency, accountability, and integrity + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred: + APICS or other supply chain certification + Experience managing cross-functional and/or global teams System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
