This opportunity in a nutshell

Join us as a Supply Chain Manager, where you’ll lead a local team and drive efficiency across demand planning, 3PL performance, and inventory control. As a key partner to Sales and Marketing, you’ll shape forecasts, support product life-cycle planning, and ensure seamless product availability. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact on cost, service, and business growth.

How you’ll add value

Drive demand and supply planning to ensure products are available when and where they’re needed.

Lead OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance analysis to consistently meet customer expectations.

Maintain strong inventory control to balance service levels with cost efficiency.

Oversee logistics costs and standards, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.

Take on ad hoc projects as needed, providing flexibility and leadership across the business.

What you need to be successful

University graduate

At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain management.

ERP experience required – SAP preferred (Oracle or similar systems acceptable).

Industry background in chemicals, equipment, or related fields is an advantage.

Strong communication skills, hands-on work ethic, resilience under pressure, and cultural maturity

Willing to work onsite in Makati, Monday–Friday (day shift), with openness to longer hours as needed.
