**The Position**
As **Supply Chain Manager** , you will oversee local supply chain activities, ensuring efficient distribution, reliable forecasting, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners. You will play a central role in driving compliance, optimizing operations, and securing availability of medicines. This is your chance to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution in a role that directly impacts patients’ lives.
**The Opportunity**
+ Oversee in-country supply chain activities, including distribution and Order-to-Cash, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
+ Manage operations and contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and act as primary contact for wholesalers.
+ Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards and internal procedures, reporting any irregularities to the local Quality Unit.
+ Own and manage the local demand forecast in collaboration with global supply chain, local teams, and external stakeholders.
+ Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
+ Implement supply chain strategies that balance efficiency, compliance, and patient needs.
+ Drive cost-efficient distribution and logistics by reviewing and controlling operational expenses.
**Who You Are**
+ You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
+ You bring professional experience in supply chain / logistics, or in other related fields such as finance. Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or any other highly regulated industry will be advantageous.
+ You are skilled in building trusted partnerships across functions and with external stakeholders.
+ You are a strong communicator who connects effectively across business, finance, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
+ You are comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and managing processes across multiple systems. Knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations is a plus.
+ You demonstrate integrity, high ethical standards, and fluency in English. Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
