Supply Chain Manager
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on improving processes, building supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and products.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production goals and customer demand.Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure quality and reliability.Collaborate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize disruptions.Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
