The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for driving Supply Chain execution throughout the, delivering year over year performance improvement, and contributing to the development of an industry-leading supply chain environment. The Supply Chain Manager will be a critical partner to the VP to execute supply chain activities effectively and efficiently within the, leveraging global processes for materials, procurement, logistics, and sourcing.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, general/strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or similar experience is also required.Experience working for fortune 500 company and experience working in a manufacturing related industry, preferably electromechanical industryCertifications
• Supply Chain Management certification (preferred)
• MBA in Business Administration or master's degree (preferred)

• Strong leadership skills, including leading projects with broad scope and impact outside of the department
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Strong problem-solving, negotiating, solutions orientation, and presentation skills
• Capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought
• Excellent negotiation skills and contract management (preferred)
• Strong product or market knowledge (preferred)
Travel Requirement
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10%.#LI-KP1
• Support and contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of strategic supply chain processes in support of supply chain and business objectives
• Accountable for maximizing service levels, in conjunction with inventory goals, through distribution requirement planning and deployments
• Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company
• Identify opportunities and implement action plans to increase efficiencies and decrease costs
• Identify process problems and concerns and make recommendations for innovative solutions and corrective actions to achieve desirable results, helping the company better manage costs on supplies and supplier services
• Drive the Logistics, Distribution Centers, and Warehouse strategy to reflect internal customer needs and summarize business requirements aligned with the global strategy
• Work with order management, sales & marketing, product managers, manufacturing, suppliers, distribution centers, and third-party logistics providers in support of business objectives
• Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
• Work closely with operations to enhance performance at the point of impact, whether in specific country operations and/or contracts
• Maintain effective communications with all key stakeholders, both internal and external where appropriate
• Clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to direct reports
• Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in support of strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across Manufacturing
• Create environments in which individuals and teams are inspired to deliver results
• Effectively coach teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence
• Working with category management to identify and implement supply chain improvements within the global supply chain
