**JOB PURPOSE:** This position is responsible for sourcing and supplier management of third parties to support business needs. The Supply Chain Manager will work with business stakeholders to help manage ongoing costs by promoting compliance and partnering with suppliers. In addition to the responsibilities listed, the position will work on projects assigned by the Senior Vice-President of Supply Chain Management. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintains contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services. Includes contract development contract administration and adherence to company policies and legal requirements and compliance. + Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions and renewals. + Collaborates and advises peers and corporate management staff with changes or results. + Develops and manages the supplier performance management. + Negotiates contracts for goods, services, supplies, equipment, etc., ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance and timely delivery. + Designs and manages the negotiation strategy to support program goals and requirements. + Works with internal and client stakeholders in establishing, managing, creating RFPs and analyzing purchasing projects. **MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:** Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain or related field) **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** 7-10 years **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:** (Preferred qualifications) Supply Chain experience Healthcare experience Master’s Degree (MBA, etc) **Family Makes Us Stronger.** Our family, your family, one family.
