For our ambitious, fast-growing team in Norway, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be based at our Production site in Moss, Norway.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product. You'll ensure the right amount of product is moved and consumed at the right time, as well as coordinate the storage of the product.
You’ll focus your efforts on developing and improving our warehouse processes together with the local team to ensure high stock accuracy. You’re also responsible for ensuring that we do cycle counts regularly to comply with financial requirements.
With our regional procurement team, you’ll optimize our stock levels and balance the space utilization in the warehouse, hence minimizing the risk of food waste.
By analyzing OTIFIQ (on time, in full, in quality), you’re able to ensure that our suppliers constantly improve their performance when delivering to the warehouse.
You’re comfortable with analyzing data in Excel and can convert what you see to tangible actions. You’re also used to working with different stakeholders (procurement, warehouse manager, and managers in production).
You will… Report directly to the Site Director while acting as the local expert for WMS and warehouse processes, ensuring smooth inbound-to-production operations and training the warehouse team. Optimize stock levels, space utilization, and inventory accuracy in collaboration with Procurement, Production, and Finance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Leverage data to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce waste, and manage stock and process optimization projects with local and international stakeholders. Lead and coach the team to deliver on material planning, inventory coordination, and goods demand coverage, balancing day-to-day performance with strategic goals. Define, set, and track KPIs, introducing new reporting methods to foster data-driven decision making and operational excellence. Partner closely with Procurement, Technical, and International teams to strengthen supply chain processes, drive standardization, and embed Health & Safety and FSQA best practices.
