OVERVIEW:
The Supply Chain Maintenance Analyst supports the DC Maintenance Managers through supporting and collaborating closely with the Supply Chain maintenance department. The Maintenance Analyst plays a key role in supporting data maintenance request across the network, communication and streamline functions along with supporting the Maintenance Managers with ordering supplies, developing reports to highlight financial performance as it pertains to maintenance expenses. The analyst must be able to effectively communicate with our Supply Chain teams and remotely with our Distribution Centers.
Support data maintenance requests across Service Channel, perform analysis identifying pertinent maintenance data pertaining to maintenance inventory and expenses. Analyze supplier/vendor data and quotes for accuracy.Work with Maintenance Managers with identifying process improvement projects that support business initiatives through Service Channel, tasks include documentation of current business processes, cross-functional development of new processes, SOP documentation as needed.Collaborate with the Maintenance Managers to facilitate the creation of a centralized data-driven expense reports. Perform analysis to identify pertinent maintenance data and expenses. Maintain key data elements via service channelDevelop and facilitate the relationship between each Distribution Center Maintenance Manager leader based on your understanding of their operation.Support Maintenance Managers with design analytical reports (expenses & capital) that will be used to drive insights to improve operational processes, identify barriers and understand the impact of special projects, providing input & supporting materials and recommendations.QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree
1-3 years experience
