Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and continuous process improvement.  The role reports operationally to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Supply Chain Director SOUTH & CEE.

Imports (TK / UK / etc ) & Exports Docs preparation

>Customs’ agent contact / follow-up

>Customs’ certificates (Eur1)

>Customs’ clearance

Finished Goods, T/P, Components, Side Stripe, Copper Warehouses

>Daily management perms FLTs drivers + up to 8 temps + FLTs outsourcing

>Daily Finished Goods Dispatches Planning / Raw Materials, Ends Deliveries

>Daily domestic Haulier Coordination

>External warehouses

>Daily secondary packaging, Side Stripes lacquers and Copper Stock Monitoring

>Daily secondary packaging returns - sorting coordination

>Rolling monthly & annual Finished Goods, T/P & Ends Inventory

>OTIF / NOTIF reporting

>HFI sorting priorities and follow-up

>EHS requirements in the department (Safety Cycles / Risk Assessment)

>FLTs Leasing (Long / Short terms)

>Domestic Haulier Contracts / Nego

>External Warehouse Contracts / Nego

>Issuing of Dispatch Notes

Supply Chain – Planning

>T/P Planning & Supply Chain

>INTRAGROUP MPC  Planning & Supply Chain

>INTRAGROUP Components  Planning & Supply Chain

>Create JDE codes for Finished Goods

>Production Planning (MMF / Weekly / Daily updates)

>Create OR for Raw Materials, Components, Side Stripe

>PSI (Daily monitoring / Monthly PSI based on MMF)

>Slow Moving Stock Monitoring / Actions Coordination

>Daily Work Orders to the lines

>T/P inventory for Work orders closing (every day NESTLE)

>Work Οrders closing in the system (every day NESTLE)

>Daily T/P, MPC, Ends receipts (Physical / System)

>Daily contact with Sales for planning priorities

>Products Treacability

>Specs Standardization projects

>AOP / AOP 0-12 Supply Chain & Planning

>IBP (Supply Chain & Planning section)

>JDE / Barcode key user / coordinator

Nego / Contracts / Orders / Receives / Follow-up

>Copper Wire: Orders / Delivery / Chips return (plant - Port -Vessel)

>Pallets & Top Frames: Order / Delivery

>Layer pads: Orders / Delivery

>Stretch film: Orders / Delivery

>Straps: Order / Delivery

>Side Stripe (lacquers / powder): Order / Delivery

>Plant Authorisation Signiatory-Authorizer 1

Systems Internal Auditor (ISO, EHS, FSSC) & SARBOX requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production & Industrial Management  Engineering, MBA, or related field  3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations with   previous supervisory or team leadership experienceProficiency in drafting and communicating effectively in English, both orally and in writingProficiency in using computer applications – MS Office, ERP systems Solid understanding of inventory management and Logistics processes, target oriented, organized, problem solving skills, team player, priorities and tasks management within deadlinesTravel or work mobility abroad
