In this role, you will be responsible for leading the plant’s Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics functions, providing day-to-day leadership and driving performance in material availability, cost, inventory, quality, and supplier management. Defines and implements supply chain strategies and standards while developing a high-performing team to support evolving business needs.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Logistics Manager. This position will be based at Heber Springs, AR. 

You’ll make an impact by: 

Lead and develop the plant’s Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics team, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals. Define, implement, and manage supply chain and logistics strategies, standards, and best practices in accordance with corporate direction. Oversee procurement operations to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, logistics, and supplier performance. Manage planning systems for inventory forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and cost control, including make vs. buy decisions. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Develop and execute part-level stocking and replenishment plans tailored to plant requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive cost reduction and process improvements. Ensure effective risk management and resource allocation within the supply chain organization. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all supply chain and logistics matters.

Basic Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years’ experience in management of materials and procurement Excel, Word, Power Point proficient Use tools, processes and metrics to optimize supplier value for our business Leads by example and motivates people so as to create a challenging, empowering and collaborative working environment Strong analytical problem solving ability with excellent communication skills Ability to coordinate between multiple groups in a cross functional environment to achieve objectives Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship 

 Preferred Qualifications:  

BS degree in business, management or other related fields Working knowledge of MRP systems, SAP, Data Analyzation, SIEOps 3-5 years’ experience in management of materials and procurement

The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
