Supply Chain & Logistics CoordinatorAbout the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team during a critical and exciting time. In this role, you’ll coordinate inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs. You’ll also support global logistics and trade compliance, ensuring adherence to U.S. Customs, EAR regulations, and international standards. ResponsibilitiesGather, audit, and maintain all necessary import/export documentation for U.S. Customs clearance (commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs).Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. and foreign regulations for cargo import/export.Support logistics functions including sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching.Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments using shipping records.Input shipment transactions into ERP systems.Receive and sign for packages from carriers (FedEx, UPS).Coordinate with logistics, production, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Document damages and discrepancies for reimbursement and reconciliation.Respond promptly to corrective actions and handle related email correspondence.Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $59400.00/yr.
