We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Integrated Technical Management & Execution (iTEAM) Project Manager that will will lead coordination among key iTEAM Supply Chain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The project manager will oversee and coordinate key initiatives, ensuring successful project execution and achievement of team metrics.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Project Coordination: Manage and integrate cross-functional teams to achieve iTEAM project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
+ Team Performance Management: Develop, track, and analyze team metrics to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of results.
+ Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success, developing and implementing risk management plans as needed.
+ Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns.
+ Support Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and team performance.
+ Supply Chain Execution Plan: Be engaged to support Combat Vehicles (CV) production programs in all phases of program execution (proposal, execution & delivery)
+ Other Execution efforts include:
+ Lead efforts to interact, evaluate, monitor and report technical execution of key suppliers
+ Analyze and interpret design specifications, drawings, documentation, models, and/or test results to ensure technical designs comply with applicable engineering standards, military specifications and product requirements
+ Support resolution of technical issues in supply base through collaboration across functions including core product engineering/quality. Accordingly, provide recommendations to Program and Functional leadership for issue resolution from supply chain perspective in a timely fashion
+ Collaborate with quality organization to support suppliers continued delivery of quality products on time; support resolution of hardware and software first article and qualification, Environment Stress Screening (ESS) tests etc
+ Assess supply base for technical capabilities and competencies to mitigate execution risk
+ Collaborate with supply chain teams to support strategic sourcing initiatives
+ Be responsive to supplier queries and help resolve Vendor Information Requests (VIRs), Test Incident Reports (TIRs), production and quality issues in a timely fashion
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
**Required Qualifications/Education/Experience:**
+ BS degree in Engineering or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience
+ Ability to travel to key suppliers (flexible)
+ Proven experience in program/project management, preferably in a multifunctional environment
+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Computer skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (including AI tools preferred).
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 4 years of relevant experience
+ Experience in EPDM or similar software
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
