Responsibilities The Opportunity As an Inventory Analyst, you will be part of the national inventory team, helping ensure our inventory data is accurate and reliable every day. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams and other departments to solve inventory issues, improve processes, and keep everything running smoothly. Your support will directly impact the performance of 8 to 9 warehouse locations. Your Impact As an Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Checking and comparing daily inventory data to find and fix differences Supporting 8–9 warehouse locations with day-to-day inventory tasks Helping warehouse teams understand and solve inventory issues Creating reports to track performance and inventory results Supporting special projects like audits, inventory counts, and warehouse openings or closings Working with other teams in logistics, finance, and operations to improve accuracy and processes Sharing ideas and solutions to keep inventory data above 98% accuracy Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? English Fluency Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Excel skills Previous administrative experience related to logistics or supply chain Desirable Power Bi and SAP skills Experience Ability to multitask – multiple locations/issues at one time Skilled at thinking through and research data reconciliation items in multiple systems (SAP/WMS/other site systems when available) High aptitude to learn and navigate multiple operating systems If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
