Work schedule: part-time with flexible working hours
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Profile: Active college student of Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical), Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
Qualifications: Graduation date must be between June 2027 and June 2028

About the role: As a Supply Chain Intern focused on Customer Service at Procter & Gamble, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of supply chain management within a leading global consumer goods company. You will learn from experienced professionals and develop critical skills in areas such as planning, logistics, negotiation, and procurement.
Some of your tasks will be:
Support the team in resolving customer issues related to product supply and delivery.
Help monitor inventory levels and assist in tracking product availability.
Collaborate with the product supply and physical distribution team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Assist in project management activities, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and communicating updates.
Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges and enhance efficiency.
Support the preparation of reports on supply chain performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, and supply/demand planning to ensure alignment in customer service efforts.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience.

Job Qualifications
Live in Monterrey City and willing to work in our San Pedro Garza García General Offices.
Graduation date must be between June 2027 and June 2028.
English Advanced (will be evaluated).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take initiative.
Strong interest in supply chain operations and manufacturing processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
