Responsible for business systems analysis and support for various applications, databases and reporting systems related to Supply Chain Management (SCM). 

 

The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain accurate and complete SCM contract records across Oracle, SharePoint, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and third-party applications. This includes loading detailed contracting information via various methods requiring a very strong grasp on Excel, data tables and relational database methods. Successful team members will also: Support other team members by learning and performing their Job Functions as needed. Actively create opportunities to share personal knowledge and processes with the group or individuals. Develop and implement reports or exports that support internal and external customers with the efficient performance of their duties. Independently initiate research and/or reports that uncover opportunities for savings and/or efficiency gains. Work with ISS and System Implementors (SI) on SCM application development, maintenance, and system upgrades. This does include occasional Saturday-scheduled smoke testing. Educate the peers on how changes in SCM and custom solutions affect workflows and processes
