Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Supply Chain Industrial Engineer to join our team. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing methods and materials to increase operational efficiency and optimize the utilization of our distribution facilities. Key Responsibilities • Review and measure distribution center (DC) performance against DC Best Business Practices. • Make recommendations for improvements and analyze quality control and inventory control processes and methods. • Develop tools to enhance inventory slotting and labor planning in the DCs. • Collaborate with IT personnel and external vendors to implement software solutions that enhance productivity. Requirements Section Title: What We’re Looking For Required: • Two to five years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment (or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering). Preferred: • Experience with Labor Metrics Software and Engineered Standards.
